1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and sgd8 ("Platform", "We" or "sgd8"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, promotions and features provided through the sgd8 website and mobile app.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using any part of the sgd8 platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms stated herein. This acceptance forms part of the conditions of use and cannot be waived.

Sgd8 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. An update notice will be displayed on this page along with the latest amendment date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use sgd8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not under any legal guardianship or protection that prevents you from entering into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in any territory or country where online betting is absolutely prohibited by local law.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Never been banned or prohibited by sgd8 from using its platform in the past.

3Registration and Account Management

The sgd8 registration process is designed to be quick and straightforward. However, there are important rules that must be followed to ensure the safety of all members on our platform.

3.1 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name as on your identification card, an active phone number, a valid email address, and correct bank details. sgd8 reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all this information at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on sgd8. Owning more than one account, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation of these terms. sgd8 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate registration attempts.

• Duplicate accounts will be terminated without prior notice.
• All balances and bonuses in accounts that violate these rules may be forfeited.
• Sgd8 reserves the right to ban the individual in question from re-registering in the future.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. sgd8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum protection. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Sgd8 supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia for our members' convenience. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

4.1 Available Deposit Methods

• DuitNow – instant transfer using your phone number or national ID number.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Sgd8 does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards, or anonymous sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and your account tier.
• Sgd8 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits exceeding certain limits.

5Withdrawals

Sgd8 is committed to ensuring a fast, secure, and transparent withdrawal process for all our members. All withdrawal requests are handled by our experienced finance team.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirements before the related amount can be withdrawn.
• Sgd8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review purposes if required.

5.2 Processing Timeframe

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being approved.
• Withdrawals requiring additional verification may take up to 24 business hours to process.
• Sgd8 is not responsible for any delays caused by the member's bank or third-party payment providers.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Sgd8 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for our members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that must be fully met before any withdrawal can be made.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses have wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes within the sgd8 platform and are non-transferable.
• Sgd8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per member, per household, and per IP address.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account in question.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Please check the validity period of each bonus on the promotions page or in the notification email you receive.

7Betting Rules

All bets on sgd8 are subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers as well as sgd8's general platform policies. Unfamiliarity with these rules cannot be used as grounds for a chargeback claim.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Sgd8 reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrectly displayed odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, the records of sgd8's system and the game provider shall serve as conclusive evidence.
• Bets exceeding the set maximum limit will be adjusted without prior notice.
• Sgd8 reserves the right to limit or reject any bet at management's sole discretion.

8Prohibited Member Conduct

Sgd8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward unethical behaviour, fraud, or any activity that undermines the experience of other members on our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorized method to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or errors in odds display.
• Colluding with others to manipulate outcomes for illegitimate gain (match-fixing).
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorization to make a deposit.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at sgd8 customer support staff.

9Account Closure and Suspension

Sgd8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain cases:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Confirmed ownership of multiple accounts.
• Member-initiated account closure for personal reasons, including self-exclusion.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting sgd8 customer support. All eligible balances will be returned to the registered bank account once the review process is complete.

10Data Protection and Privacy

Sgd8 takes the protection of all members' personal information seriously. All data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• Your personal data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology at all times.
• Sgd8 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with relevant authorities if required by law or court order.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our team.

11sgd8 Liability Limits

Sgd8 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service availability, certain limitations apply to our liability:

• Sgd8 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Sgd8 is not responsible for betting decisions made based on information or statistics provided by third parties.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect wins to be displayed, sgd8 reserves the right to correct the error, and only the accurate amount will be paid out.
• Sgd8's maximum liability to any member in any case shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Sgd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page unless otherwise stated.

It is the member's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where sgd8 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable law.
